Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them within the Deliberti shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid DHL or UPS return label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point; once our boutique team verifies the item condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
